Mentor FAQs
You can be based anywhere in the world to become a MaatraaMentor since the training and delivery of the program is online.
The course has been created specifically for the bilingual Indian audience. As long as you are of Indian origin, with a basic knowledge of spoken Hindi, you are eligible to apply. You must also necessarily have an active and updated bank account in India.
A MaatraaMentor will have to commit time depending on the project. It may range from 2 weeks to 6 weeks or maybe more. The number of hours per day can vary depending on your availability and the requirements of the project.
All you need is a computer/laptop and a good/stable internet connection.
Yes, a comprehensive, well-structured training programme will be conducted online to get you ready to be a MaatraaMentor.
Depending on your competence, you will be suitably compensated for your time and effort. The committed and diligent MaatraaMentors have tremendous scope for escalation in remuneration and growth in responsibility.
